Last week I was experimenting with different non-staining fluids that could pass as blood in black and white, so that, on film, I could spit them up without ruining my clothing.
I figured Dawn dish soap is intensely-colored enough that the blue might be dark enough to pass for red when filmed in grayscale. It isn’t. However, I completely forgot to consider whether Dawn or not dish soap was something I ought to put into my mouth and I had an… unpleasant experience. Bubbly. Bad.
