I’ve… occasionally heard of people named Heart, like, by their actual parents. The only other cases I can think of are when people get nicknamed after their most notable feature, like a pickpocket known as Fingers McGee or somesuch.
What if you got more specific? “This is my son Trapezius and my daughter Scapula.”
