It’s world mental health day, and I just want you to know that you are very loved. I may not know you personally, but I still love you so incredibly much and there are over 7 billion people in this world, and SO MANY OF THEM will love you too and treat you with kindness and respect.

It is perfectly okay to feel how you feel. In the words of Thomas Sanders “It’s okay to feel sadness, it’s okay to feel fear, but it’s also okay to feel happiness,” Please remember that.

If you aren’t okay right now, that’s okay. Take your time and take care of you. Use this opportunity to make sure you are hydrated, have eaten something and make sure you aren’t holding tension anywhere. Also if you need to shower, or even if you already have but you want to again go do that! It feels a lot better to be clean.

One last thing, please be safe. Once again I may not know you, but you matter. You matter so much. You are worth everything good, so don’t give up okay?
